Use the engagement dashboard to see how much engagement the different IT Services companies generate through their main Twitter accounts – change the month using the slider – run the cursor over the bar charts to see the individual posts that make up the analysis. It quantifies the overall levels of engagement and provides details including the individual tweets for key technology subtopics.
